Background

The Keldon Group provides a broad range of risk management, investigation, training and consultancy solutions to both the private and public sectors. While Keldon itself remains focused on the finance industry, other parts of the Group provide services to other private sector organisations, the National Health Service, educational establishments, professional bodies and other government departments.

Services, subsidiaries and strategic relationships

Keldon Consultants provides risk management, compliance, investigation, litigation support, training and communication solutions to the finance industry, regulators and government departments. Keldon provides business continuity management solutions in Jersey, in association with MSD International, and internet-based business continuity training through Business Continuity Online Limited, a joint venture with MSD International. Internet based training and CPD monitoring solutions are provided to the finance industry through Keldon's wholly owned subsidiary, FST Online Limited. Online training and patient-focused solutions for clinicians are provided to the health service by The Learning Clinic Limited, a UK joint venture company. Hieronetics Limited, another wholly owned Keldon subsidiary, develops and provides the training software used by Business Continuity Online, FST Online and The Learning Clinic. Keldon also has strategic relationships with a number of businesses which provide innovative internet solutions. Keldon has installed a demonstration wireless network where businesses can see and test facilities such as encrypted email services and VOIP telephony services from Foreshore Limited and On Instant Limited respectively.
